SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times may vary based on the destination and carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount (check our promotions for details).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the tracking information provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered." Please ensure a secure delivery location.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage to request a replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
