1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our beauty products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide a clear photo of the defective or incorrect product.
3. Services & Appointments

No Refunds on Services: Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make necessary adjustments.

Missed Appointments: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (for defective or incorrect items), it will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
